us within three days of harvesting your animal, and be prepared to go over your cutting instructions on the phone with one of our knowledgeable employees. Click the links above for your specific breed of animal and you will see both a price list and link that says Cutting Instructions. Fill in the fields on the cutting instructions page and make sure you click the submit button on the bottom when ready. way you want it and to suit your needs. After the meat is processed, it is
frozen within 24 hours. We age our beef 12-14 days on average or longer per
request. Animals left for 10 days for beef and 5 days for hogs may be processed as a "general cut", which consists of the most popular cuts we do. Be sure if you are selling your animal to have your buyers contact us with their cutting instructions as well.
